Paddleboarding

Last weekend I had the fortunate opportunity to try paddleboarding for the first time! Luckily I have a good sense for my body's center of gravity and I was able to stand up without falling in the water. It's also a great workout because you have to constantly keep your core tight in order to maintain your balance. What a cool feeling to be standing and gliding over the water!
